 1. Long Term Course.

PAGE is the only institute in Hyderabad to offer an INTEGRATED TRAINING PROGRAM for the ARCHITECTURE (NATA, JEE-B.Arch), DESIGN (NID NEED), & FASHION TECHNOLOGY (NIFT) entrance exams together. This program is in the integrated mode to meet the needs of the students appearing for various national level examinations such as NATA, JEE-B.Arch, NID NEED, NIFT entrance exams and also for those of private institutions such as Symbiosis, Manipal University, NMIMS, SRM Chennai etc.

Structure of the training:

The training will be for two hours a day, Thursday to Friday. The training is spread across the months of August to December after which a break is given for the pre-Boards and Boards. Once the Boards begin writing mock entrance exams which will go on up to the dates of the exams they have chosen to write. At least five mock tests will be held for each exam and feedback given to the students.
Schedule: Three days per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) two hour sessions, 5 – 7pm.

In addition to MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH, & LOGICAL REASONING, the following areas will be covered:

1. Awareness of persons, places, buildings & materials.
2. Objects, texture related to Architecture, and building environment.
3. Visualizing three dimensional objects from two dimensional drawings, visualizing different sides of three dimensional objects.
4. Analytical Reasoning, Mental Ability (Visual, Numerical and Verbal).
5. Three dimensional - perception: Understanding and appreciation of scale and proportion of objects, building forms and elements, color texture, harmony and contrast.
6. Design and drawing of geometrical or abstract shapes and patterns in pencil.
7. Transformation of forms both 2 D and 3 D unions.
8. Subtraction, rotation, development of surfaces and volumes.
9. Generation of Plan, elevations and 3 D views of objects.
10. Creating two dimensional and three dimensional compositions using given shapes and forms.
11. Sketching of scenes and activities from memory of urbanscape (public space, markets, festivals, street scenes, monuments, recreational spaces etc.), landscape (river fronts, jungles, gardens, trees, plants etc.) and rural life.
12. Creating visual harmony using colors in given composition
13. Imaginative comprehension and expression.

Course start date: First Thursday of July

Course continues up to selected exam dates

Timings: 5.00pm – 7.00pm on Thursday, Friday & Saturday

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to appear for the JEE B.Arch, NID NEED, NIFT or MITID Pune exams you will have to attend the long term course as these exams will be completed in January and February before your Board exams. MITID is usually at the end of March and JEE B.Arch is soon after the Board exams with little time to prepare. Hence you need to complete your training before these dates.

1. Short Term Or Crash Course

The short term course covers exactly the same syllabus and material as the long term course but it is a more intensive course being held daily for five hours each day.

Structure of the training:

The training will be for five hours a day, daily, including Sundays and Public Holidays. The training starts as soon as the Board exams are over, and continues up to the date of the exam you are writing. The syllabus will be completed by April 3rd week after which you will begin writing mock entrance exams which will go on up to the dates of the exams you have chosen to write. At least five mocks will be held for each exam and feedback given to the students.

Course continues up to selected exam dates


Timings: Will be intimated
Classes will be held daily – even on Sundays & Holidays.
Syllabus will be completed by third week of April
Mock exams will be conducted for all the entrance exams.
Full support given for form filling/application process

**NOTE: This crash course does not apply to the NID NEED exam and NIFT exam as these are completed in the months of January and February itself. Neither does it apply to JEE B.Arch. If you want to write the JEE B.Arch exam, you must attend the long term course.
